Availability: Full Time
Position Overview: This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of at least 40 hours per week. The Facilities Director will play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities and equipment within the restaurant meet Chick-fil-A's FEQ (Facility Excellence and Quality) Minimum Standards. The incumbent will be expected to maintain open availability throughout the week to address the dynamic needs of the business.

Job Description: The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all facilities and equipment adhere to Chick-fil-A's FEQ Minimum Standards consistently. The primary objective is to maintain a Clean & Safe Environment for both guests and the team, ensuring uninterrupted restaurant operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure FEQ Minimum Standards:
- Conduct daily and weekly walkthroughs to assess facilities and equipment against FEQ Minimum Standards.
- Collaborate with the Chief Stewardship Officer to ensure all repairs and maintenance activities align with FEQ Minimum Standards and remain within budget constraints.
- Work closely with the Training Director to facilitate proper training for team members on FEQ cleanliness and maintenance procedures.
2. Complete Maintenance Calendar Tasks:
- Execute all tasks outlined in the Maintenance Calendar within specified frequencies.
- Proactively address and resolve any deviations from the Maintenance Calendar to maintain the restaurant's operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Chick-fil-A's FEQ Minimum Standards and commitment to upholding them.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
