Your Schedule:

  • Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Days: Friday & Saturday.
  • Open Availability: Open availability for other shifts is a plus.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Welcome and Assist: Greet and help residents and visitors.
  • Handle Inquiries: Resolve guest concerns and provide assistance.
  • Monitor Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests or residents.
  • Respond to Alarms: Swiftly investigate disturbances.
  • Report Writing: Create detailed reports on incidents.
  • Surveillance Mastery: Use surveillance systems to detect and report anomalies.
  • Positive Engagement: Enhance visitors' overall experience through positive interactions.
  • Collaborate: Work seamlessly with law enforcement and emergency responders.
  • Continuous Training: Upgrade your skills with our world-class training sessions.
  • Uphold Standards: Maintain Signal's high standards in all actions.

  • Licensed: Preferably already have a DCJS Unarmed License or willing to obtain it within 90 days.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • License: DCJS Unarmed License preferred.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to sit, stand, drive, and walk for up to 8 hours.
