Travel Required: Occasional as to attend annual convention and seminars, less than 25%
Compensation: Part-time; hourly; based on experience
Office Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Your Role.
As a Video Producer, you are responsible for capturing and producing video content across the brands Framebrand supports, including Signal, Filtergo, and Next In Leadership. You film and edit videos that tell our brands’ stories, showcase our franchise owners and businesses, and support marketing campaigns across digital channels. You are also responsible for filming and editing the Next In Leadership podcast and turning long-form footage into content that can be used across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do in This Role.
- Film and edit video for social media, digital advertising, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, events, and other marketing channels.
- Produce brand stories, franchise owner testimonials, educational videos, promotional pieces, and other assets that showcase our brands and the businesses behind them.
- Film and edit episodes of the Next In Leadership podcast.
- Repurpose long-form footage into short-form videos for social media, digital advertising, and other marketing uses.
- Partner with the marketing team to plan video for campaigns and identify opportunities to strengthen brand storytelling.
- Prepare for and conduct video interviews with franchise owners, employees, partners, and other subjects to capture authentic stories.
- Manage post-production, including audio, graphics, captions, music, and other elements needed to produce polished final videos.
- Maintain brand standards and visual consistency while reflecting the individual personality and audience of each brand.
- Stay current on video and social media trends and recommend new formats and ideas that can help our brands engage their audiences.
Qualifications/Skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience filming, editing, and producing video content.
- Experience creating video for social media, digital marketing, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software.
- Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video production equipment.
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills, with an understanding of pacing, composition, audio, and how to capture engaging footage.
- Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Comfortable directing and interviewing people on camera, including individuals with limited or no on-camera experience.
- Ability to manage multiple video projects across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report.

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
