Title: Parking Enforcement Officer (Unarmed) Pay: $16.00 Hourly Location: 1600 Sarno Rd, Unit 109, Melbourne, FL 32935

Your Mission on the Square:

  • Active Patrols: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the downtown square and parking facilities.

  • Enforcement: Monitor parking durations and zones, issuing citations or warnings to ensure fair turn-over for local shops and restaurants.

  • Community Ambassador: Provide top-tier customer service by assisting visitors with directions, parking technology, and local information.

  • Public Safety: Monitor the area for suspicious activity and report maintenance issues (like broken meters or lights) to keep the square beautiful.

  • Conflict Resolution: Manage parking-related inquiries and disputes with a calm, professional, and firm demeanor.

  • Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug test.
