What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be the front line of the customer experience and the reason people stay with us.
You will:
• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Solve problems quickly and confidently without bouncing people around
• Turn questions into solutions and issues into positive outcomes
• Provide clear, accurate information about our services and processes
• Keep clean, organized records of interactions so nothing falls through the cracks
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve how we serve our customers
