    We're hiring for multiple Full-time and Part-time Grounds & Maintenance positions! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties looking their best, and are looking for a stable career with growth opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

    Grounds & Maintenance Team Members help maintain safe, clean, and attractive properties. Responsibilities may include:

    • Mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping
    • Planting, mulching, and seasonal grounds maintenance
    • General building and facility maintenance
    • Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces
    • Snow and ice removal (seasonal)
    • Operating landscaping equipment and hand tools
    • Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who:

    • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
    • Take pride in quality workmanship
    • Can perform physical work in varying weather conditions
    • Are reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

    Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, but many positions are willing to train motivated candidates.
