About the Role
Chick-fil-A Howland is looking for a Front of House Team Member to be the face of our restaurant. You'll be the first smile our guests see and the reason they keep coming back. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that treats each other right, this is the role for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality, making every interaction feel personal
- Take orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru
- Prepare and package orders to Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front of house area throughout the shift
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep service fast and accurate during peak rushes
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 4 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Compensation
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience
