Required Qualifications:
• Self-starter, taking initiative to not only begin but complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Innovative
• Manages time and tasks in organized manner
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 4 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
• Responsible for facilities management.
• All other duties as assigned.
