Project Manager (Solar)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
Remote Position
We seek a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager with a passion for sustainability to join our team. As our Project Manager, you will lead projects from conception to completion, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Foster efficient collaboration among utilities, townships, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, provide insightful analytics, and proactively address variances.
- Act as the owner’s representative during construction, making critical decisions and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Mentor and guide Project Coordinators, ensuring seamless project documentation and coordination.
- Contribute to the expansion of renewable energy and make a positive environmental impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5+ years of proven project management or construction experience (solar experience is preferred but not required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and research skills.
- Maintain a meticulous and results-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), BOX, Procore, and Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in solar energy project development and financing
- Knowledge of renewable energy incentives and policies
