SECURITY SUPERVISOR (PERSONAL VEHICLE REQUIRED)
Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Regional (North Shore, Greater Boston, and Natick/Framingham area)
Job Type: Full-Time (40–50 hours/week)
Schedule: Flexible / No Set Schedule (Must have open availability)
Compensation: $25.00 / hour
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, sharp, and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and personnel across multiple client sites spanning the North Shore, Greater Boston, and the MetroWest (Natick/Framingham) regions.
Because our operations run 24/7, this role does not have a set schedule. You must be adaptable and ready to respond to changing operational needs, fill open shifts, and conduct unannounced site inspections. If you are a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being on the move, this is the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities: *Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor security guards across various regional locations.
- Site Inspections: Conduct random, unannounced site visits to ensure guards are on time, in proper uniform, and strictly adhering to post orders.
- Shift Coverage: Step in and cover shifts at a moment's notice in the event of call-offs or emergencies.
- Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally.
- Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and write detailed, accurate reports for management.
Requirements: * Reliable Transportation: Must own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license (frequent travel across our service areas is required).
- Open Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, averaging 40–50 hours per week.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
