Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of property, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.

Position Details
Location: Spartanburg, SC, USA
Employment Type: Hourly
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to maintain security of premises
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Write clear and concise reports detailing observations and actions taken during shifts
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
• Enforce company policies and regulations in accordance with security protocols

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in security or related field is preferred but not required
