We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Physical Security Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter with a strong network, proven sales expertise, and a solid understanding of security industry solutions. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the physical security and CCTV market.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and proactive account management.

Conduct site assessments and design customized security solutions.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service implementation.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (security, facilities services, or related industries preferred).

Proven Success: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of physical security services—guarding, patrol, electronic security—strongly preferred.
