Position Details

📍 Location: Metro New Orleans / New Orleans East

💰 Pay Range: $20 - $21

• Armed Officer: Starts at $20 - $21/hr (based on experience).

🕒 Schedule:

• Weekend availability required.
• Day & overnight shifts (assigned based on site needs).

🔍 What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant state of tactical readiness while on post.

• Protect personnel, facilities, and assets from potential threats.

• Conduct patrols, surveillance, and security checks.

• Respond decisively to emergencies, disturbances, and security breaches.

• Enforce access control and verify credentials.

• Write clear, professional incident and activity reports.

• Work independently and as part of a team under mission-driven conditions.

• Perform routine foot patrols to maintain site security and deter incidents.

• Monitor and document on-site activities through detailed reports.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

• Respond to incidents swiftly and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Who We’re Looking For

🌟 The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior military special operations, law enforcement, or executive protection background strongly preferred.

• Active armed security license (or ability to obtain).

• Proficient with firearms safety, marksmanship, and defensive tactics.

• Strong situational awareness and ability to operate under stress.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and fitness requirements.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Must pass a background check & drug screening.
✅ Own a smartphone (for clocking in, reporting, and communication).
✅ Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) & a valid driver’s license.
✅ Must obtain a Louisiana Security License (can be completed before starting).
✅ Physical Endurance – Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for long periods.
