Location: Revere, MA
Schedule: Monday – Sunday
Shift: Evening Shift (8:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Season: May 24th – September 30th (Memorial Day Weekend Start)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Description:
As a Signal of New England Security Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Verify resident credentials and guest passes at the property entrance to ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility during evening hours.
- Policy Enforcement: Monitor property activity to ensure all residents and guests adhere to community rules (e.g., noise ordinances, alcohol policies, and capacity limits).
- Safety Rounds: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the beach house grounds and common areas to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Resident Assistance: Act as a friendly point of contact for residents, providing information and maintaining a welcoming, secure community atmosphere.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the common areas tidy by organizing outdoor furniture and ensuring the beach house perimeter is free of debris.
- Closing Procedures: Execute the nightly lock-up protocol, ensure all gates are secured, lights are managed, and the facility is vacant at the end of the shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliability: Since this role requires 7-day-a-week coverage, consistent attendance and a commitment to the full summer season (May 24 – Sept 30) are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to remain mobile and conduct outdoor patrols throughout the 5-hour shift, regardless of weather conditions.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are required to handle rule enforcement firmly, safely, and politely.
- Experience: Prior experience in security, hospitality, or residential concierge services is strongly preferred.
- Situational Awareness: Keen attention to detail to spot unauthorized entry or safety risks quickly during late-night hours.
