As a Full-Time Security Officer, you'll serve as a visible presence at client locations, helping maintain safe, secure, and welcoming environments while representing both Signal of Lincoln and our clients with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and attentive presence at assigned locations
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as required by post assignments
- Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or incidents
- Complete accurate and timely reports using company technology
- Respond appropriately to incidents according to post orders and company procedures
- Interact professionally with clients, residents, visitors, and team members
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow officers
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of using company reporting and communication applications
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods as required by assignment
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Comfort using mobile technology and digital reporting tools
- Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities
