Core Responsibilities

Perform regular patrols of grounds, parking lots, and common areas to ensure property integrity.

Monitor site activity and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations.

Provide immediate response to incidents, alarms, and guest concerns with professionalism.

Utilize company technology and app-based software to complete detailed shift reports.

Maintain a visible and approachable presence to support a safe environment for residents and guests.

Enforce site-specific security policies and post orders in accordance with company procedures.

Coordinate with management or emergency services as required during incidents.

Manage and care for assigned company equipment including radios, access keys, and mobile devices.
Professional Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Possession of a valid Maryland Security Guard License (MD MSP certification).

Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Reliable transportation to and from the site in White Marsh.

Ability to remain alert and calm while working independently during overnight hours.

Strong written and oral communication skills for effective reporting and de-escalation.

Availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for the duration of the shift.
