Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Shift and Schedule: Overnight shifts (Including Weekends and Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct foot patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas.

Access Control: Monitor and secure access points to ensure the safety of residents and property.

Incident Reporting: Use company technology (web/app-based) to write detailed, accurate daily activity reports.

Customer Service: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, residents, and visitors.

De-escalation: Use verbal communication skills to resolve conflicts and maintain a calm environment.

Equipment Care: Maintain responsibility for assigned gear, including radios, keys, and mobile devices.
Requirements & Qualifications

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Licensing: Must meet Minnesota state security licensing requirements (no felony convictions).

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
