What You’ll Do

As a Dedicated Security Officer, you’ll be the face of safety and professionalism at client properties. Duties include:

  • Conduct patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas

  • Monitor and secure all access points to prevent unauthorized entry

  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible, confident presence

  • Write accurate and detailed incident reports using company software

  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors

  • De-escalate situations calmly and respectfully

  • Protect company assets and maintain equipment such as radios, vehicles, and keys

  • Follow post orders and site-specific procedures to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Hawaii State Guard Card required (must be active)

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Reliable transportation and a dependable device for communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Physically able to move or lift up to 20 lbs

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or Patrol Officer

  • Knowledge of loss prevention and property protection procedures

  • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
