We’re hiring dependable, customer-focused Security Officers for professional assignments across Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Miramar Beach.

From luxury condos and gated communities to mobile patrols along the coast, you’ll represent a respected security brand while making a real impact on local safety and peace of mind.

Where You'll Work:

We serve premier locations including:

• Beachside Condos

• Retail & Resort Areas

• Gated Residential Communities

• Office Parks and Public Facilities

Current Shifts (subject to availability):

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  URGENT

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Part time with the plan of becoming Full time.

Pay:

• $16/hr for some sites

• $17.50/hr for day shift

• Up to $17.50/hr based on post type, and shift

• Performance evaluations conducted regularly—earn your raises by showing up, staying sharp, and delivering great service

Who We're Looking For:

• A calm, clear communicator who thrives in a people-facing role

• Someone ready to take initiative—this isn’t just standing around

• Comfortable using a smartphone app to check in and file reports

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
  
  

Positions Available:

• Dedicated Guard – Stationed at a fixed site (gated entry, condos, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (or ability to get one)

• Driver’s License for driving positions

• Clean background & drug screen

• Reliable transportation

• Positive attitude and clean appearance
