Pay Rate: $16 - $19 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our Madison, WI location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, deterring unauthorized activities, and responding promptly to incidents.
Responsibilities
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings and access points
• Enforce company policies and site-specific regulations
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing timely reports and notifications
• Control access to premises by verifying credentials and authorizing entry
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and irregularities
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous security or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
• Excellent observational and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
