We’re hiring Dedicated Security Officers to help protect communities, businesses, and public spaces throughout Pensacola.

You’ll be posted at a fixed location (no patrol driving), working independently or with a team to secure condos, libraries, gated subdivisions, and more. Whether you prefer overnight beach shifts, quiet days at a guard shack, or afternoons helping the public—we’ve got sites to fit your strengths.

📍 Service Area:

From Perdido Key to Ferry Pass and Pensacola Beach, we cover a wide range of posts. Tell us your location preferences—we’ll match you where possible.

💰 Pay:

• $15/hr starting

• $17/hr for premium sites and high-responsibility posts

Advancement is available for motivated and reliable officers. Some may progress to Advanced or Supervisory roles based on performance—but those roles are earned over time with training and consistency.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guard a static location (no vehicle patrol)

• Monitor access points, check IDs, assist visitors

• Lock/unlock gates or buildings when required

• Complete site reports via mobile app

• Communicate with your supervisor about site needs

• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally

🚦 Available Shifts:

• Day Shift (e.g., 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

• Afternoon/Evening Shifts

• Overnight Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  Weekends & holidays may be required depending on the site.

✅ You’ll Need:

• 18+ years old (21+ for vehicle sites)

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (or willingness to obtain—ask us how)

• Valid Driver’s License (only for certain sites)

• Able to pass a background check & drug test

• reliable transportation

• Comfortable sitting, standing, or walking for long periods
