Position Details
Location: 1395 Brickell Ave
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to monitor and protect property at our facility located at 1395 Brickell Ave. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing rules and promptly responding to incidents.

Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms or incidents
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security and safety
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions
- Write detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate security equipment and follow emergency procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the location
