Security Field Supervisor
Position Summary
The Security Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates security operations in the field to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets at assigned locations.
Position Details
Location: 5323 N 118th Ct
Pay Rate: $21 - $24 per hour
Responsibilities
• Supervise, train, and mentor security officers on-site to maintain high performance and adherence to security protocols
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing direction and support to security personnel
• Prepare and submit accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and observations
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
• Maintain communication with management regarding security operations and any issues
Qualifications
Required:
• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of security practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
Preferred:
• Relevant security certifications or licenses
• Previous experience working in a similar industry or location
