Pay Rate: $21 - $24 per hour
Position Summary
The Security Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates security operations on site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and security personnel perform their duties efficiently. This role requires leadership in managing field staff, monitoring security activities, and maintaining effective communication between the security team and management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead security officers in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor daily security operations and conduct regular site inspections
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions
- Provide on-the-ground training and guidance to security staff
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding security activities, incidents, and observations
- Maintain effective communication with clients and management regarding security status and concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, with prior supervisory responsibilities preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to assess situations quickly and make effective decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Valid security guard license as required by Wisconsin state law
