Signal of Ocala is currently hiring a dependable, career-driven Armed Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a leadership role with real responsibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to help others while building a career in the security industry.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an Armed Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our armed post (9am–1pm), managing officer schedules, conducting in-person training, and covering shifts as needed. 

Duties include:

Maintaining and updating schedules for armed and unarmed officers.

Providing in-person training and field coaching.

Conducting shift coverage when required.

Leading by example while supporting officers in the field.

Responding to incidents and reporting using our mobile platform (88Edge).

Patrolling assigned properties by foot or company vehicle.

Communicating clearly with clients and leadership teams.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Florida Class G Security License (REQUIRED)

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Ability to write clear, detailed reports using a mobile app

Reliable transportation
