About the Role

📍 Location: Tampa, FL

🕒 Shifts:

• Weekends required – Be a key presence when security matters most.
• Afternoon to overnight shifts – Assigned during orientation.
  • 3 12 hours shifts a week and every other Saturday. 6pm - 6am. 

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• A Signal Patrol Officer will conduct vehicle and foot patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure the protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. In addition to patrol duties, the Advanced Patrol Officer will serve as a mentor to newer officers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. This role also includes assisting in training other team members, sharing best practices, and reinforcing company policies and security protocols to maintain the highest level of professionalism and service.

🔹 Preferred but Not Required: Former military, law enforcement, or security experience is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Background Check & Drug Screening – Must pass both.
✅ Smartphone – Required for clocking in, reporting, and communication.
✅ Reliable Transportation – Personal vehicle required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
✅ Florida Class D Security License – Must be obtained before starting.
✅ Physical Endurance – Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or drive for up to 12 hours.

Compensation & Additional Details

💰 Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00/hr (Advanced Patrol starts at $18.50, with growth to Field Manager at $22.00 based on performance)

⏳ Probation Period: 60 days (Full medical benefits available after completion).
