About the Role

📍 Location: Positions available at various sites across Pinellas County. Your assignment will be provided during onboarding.

🕒 Shifts:

  • Weekends required – Be a key presence when security is most needed.
  • Afternoon to overnight shifts – Assigned during orientation.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Foot Patrols – Conduct regular patrols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Incident Reporting – Document and report on-site activities and any security concerns.
  • Property Oversight – Monitor and maintain security at your assigned site.
  • Vehicle Patrol – Some positions require mobile patrols for increased coverage.

Who We’re Looking For

🔹 Preferred but Not Required: Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Must pass a background check & drug screening.
✅ Must have a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication.
✅ Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and a valid driver’s license.
✅ Must obtain a Florida Class D Security License before starting.
✅ Must be able to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods.

Compensation & Additional Details

💰 Pay Range: $16.12 - $22.88 per hour (Advanced Dedicated starts at $17.16, with growth to Field Manager at $22.88 per hour based on performance)
⏳ Probation Period: 60 days (Full medical benefits available upon completion).
🏢 Franchise-Based Employment: Work for an independently owned Signal franchise.
