Compensation: $18-20 Hourly; Non-exempt, plus Commission
Hours: Full time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Potential travel up to 50% - 75%

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for Sales Interns to support the growth of our new Filtergo franchises. In this paid internship, you will focus on prospecting new clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving results aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to apply their sales skills in a performance-driven, customer-focused environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales & Prospecting
- Proactively research, identify, and engage potential customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow defined systems and processes to manage the full sales cycle, with a focus on connecting with key decision-makers and closing deals.
- Maintain consistent relationship-based sales activity to maximize coverage and profitability within assigned sales zones.
- Gain a strong understanding of cost variables and market pricing strategies to ensure profitable deal structures.
Relationship Building & Customer Service
- Implement and maintain systems that ensure timely, high-quality, and well-documented sales and customer service.
- Conduct customer loyalty visits to strengthen relationships and generate new referral opportunities.
- Drive efficiencies through automation and process simplification to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to build a successful, scaling business.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related industries.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels across the business to get to the decision maker.
- Willing to contribute to a “Championship Culture” of teamwork, passion, and collaboration. Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Filtergo and its core values (Passion, Honesty & Integrity, Relationships, Serving and Learning)
- Budgeting and Pricing skills
- Customer service attitude with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Creativity and initiative to improve customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to quickly identify and solve ambiguous problems.
- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position involves travel to multiple client locations, working indoors and outdoors, and performing physical tasks in various environmental conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
- Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator, computer keyboard, and phone.
- Lift and carry equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Climb ladders and access rooftops safely, including working on flat and pitched roofs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing as part of installation work.
- Operate hand and power tools with precision and control.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments, exposed to heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust.
- Ability to load, unload, and drive work van.
