Responsibilities

Input employee payroll data including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Review and verify payroll information for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Maintain organized digital records of payroll transactions and reports.
Assist in preparing payroll reports as requested.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees or management.
Continuously improve data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in payroll data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
