Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle and resolve product or service complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and positive experience.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and customer trends.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers.
