Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client communications via phone, email, and video conferencing.
Understand client business objectives and align All Springs Manufacturing solutions accordingly.
Provide timely and effective resolution to client issues and concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings.
Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in CRM systems.
Assist clients with onboarding and training to maximize product adoption.
Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential risks to retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients clearly and professionally.
Proficiency with CRM software and remote collaboration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
