ABOUT THE ROLE
At Filtergo, service should feel like a breath of fresh air — for our customers and our franchisees alike.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Associate that will play a crucial role of driving the growth of our business and ensuring successful sales launch for new franchises. You will collaborate with the brand director, sales team, interns, and franchise owners to solidify existing revenue and create growth strategies for new franchises.
What You’ll Do in This Role.
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and identify new commercial customers across territories and live markets.
- Conduct face-to-face sales to business owners and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects in markets.
- Generate referrals and leverage networking opportunities to expand market presence.
- Mentor interns with sales coaching, ride-a long's, and expanding nearby customer base.
Franchisee Launches & Market Support
- Support new franchise launches by assisting with sales implementation and market activation.
- Travel to franchise markets as needed to provide on-site sales support and operational guidance.
- Assist in developing and executing launch strategies to establish a strong presence in new markets.
- Work alongside franchise owners and their teams to ensure sales processes and best practices are implemented effectively.
- Provide coaching, field training, and mentorship during launch periods to promote long-term success.
- Monitor launch performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate feedback to leadership.
- Represent the company professionally while fostering strong relationships with franchisees and local business communities.
- Adapt to varying market conditions and provide hands-on support to help achieve launch objectives and performance goals.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Stay current on CRM and SET capabilities to equip franchisees for strong sales operations.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team development activities.
- Collaborate with brand leadership to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Stay current on company products, pricing, and promotional offerings.

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be competent at an intermediate level in the following applications: CRM software, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Multiple Calendars, webinar software, etc.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to learn new programs quickly (we have proprietary software that will be used daily)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to build a successful, scaling business.
Skills/Abilities:
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time, shifting priorities as necessary
- Fluency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to drive and operate a Filtergo vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to travel by air and car up to 50-75%% of the time
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
- Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator, computer keyboard, and phone.
- Lift and carry equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Climb ladders and access rooftops safely, including working on flat and pitched roofs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing as part of installation work.
- Operate hand and power tools with precision and control
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments, exposed to heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust.
- Ability to load, unload, and drive work van.
