Job Description
Job Title: Regional Armed Security Supervisor
We are looking for a vigilant, highly responsible, and experienced supervisor to lead our armed security operations across multiple regions in Massachusetts. In this role, you will be an armed presence on the ground, conducting site visits, responding to alarms and incidents, and directly overseeing on-site security personnel. As the Armed Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our officers provide exceptional service, maintain compliance with company standards, and respond effectively and decisively to client needs.
- Armed Site Supervision: Serve as an armed supervisor conducting unannounced visits to client sites, ensuring officers are compliant with uniform standards, alertness, and post orders.
- Alarm & Incident Response: Respond directly to security alarms, disturbances, or emergency calls across our service regions, taking appropriate action and coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.
- Staff Oversight: Supervise, coach, and hold accountable both armed and unarmed officers assigned to client sites.
- Scheduling: Manage and administer scheduling activities for supervised sites and personnel.
- Incident Reporting: Document all site visits, inspections, and security incidents using digital logging software.
- Emergency Shift Coverage: Be ready to step in and personally cover an open post, including armed posts, if a guard calls off unexpectedly at any regional site.
- Compliance: Ensure all armed personnel maintain current licensing, certifications, and adherence to company and state firearm policies.
- Active LTC (License to Carry) in Massachusetts, in good standing.
- Firearm Qualification: Must pass and maintain required firearms training and qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in security, with prior armed post or supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history required for regional travel between sites.
- Open Availability: Flexibility to work a fluid schedule averaging 40–50 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
- Regional Knowledge: Comfortable navigating Massachusetts, from Boston city traffic to the highways connecting the North Shore and MetroWest.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
