Responsibilities

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to assemble product components.
Inspect assembled products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Package finished products securely and prepare them for shipment or further processing.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with inventory management by reporting material shortages or damages.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in product assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
