At All Springs Manufacturing, accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing are essential to our success. We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Data Specialist to join our remote team and play a vital role in managing and maintaining payroll data with precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update payroll-related data including hours worked, leave records, bonuses, and deductions.
Review payroll reports for errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections as needed.
Maintain confidential employee payroll files and records in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing payroll documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payroll system upgrades and data integration efforts.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll data management, payroll processing, or a related administrative role.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a remote team environment.
Basic understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
