Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Patrol Officer to join our team in Clay, NY. The Patrol Officer will be responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing property rules, and providing assistance to the community within the designated patrol area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular vehicle patrols to monitor assigned areas and deter criminal activity
- Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls for service
- Enforce traffic rules and issue parking citations as necessary
- Investigate incidents and complete detailed reports
- Collaborate with community members and law enforcement agencies to promote safety and crime prevention
- Attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge of security protocols and practices
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in stressful situations
- Prior law enforcement or security experience preferred but not required
