An experienced patrol driver knows that every property check, accurate report, and timely response matters. At Signal Security of Hawaii, we are looking for dependable security professionals who take that responsibility seriously and serve others with aloha.

We are hiring experienced Patrol Drivers for various areas of Oʻahu, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. If you bring strong observation skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing—even when working independently—we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols at assigned client properties.
  • Check doors, gates, access points, and common areas for security concerns.
  • Identify and promptly report suspicious activity, hazards, and property issues.
  • Respond to dispatch calls and follow site-specific response procedures.
  • Complete accurate, detailed patrol and incident reports using company technology.
  • Interact professionally with residents, customers, property managers, and the public.
  • Use calm communication and de-escalation skills when addressing concerns.
  • Operate company patrol vehicles responsibly and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Follow assigned routes, post orders, and company policies while staying alert throughout your shift.

What You Bring

  • Previous security patrol driving experience.
  • A current Hawaiʻi Guard Card.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, factual reports.
  • Confidence working independently while remaining accountable to your team.
  • A professional appearance and a respectful, service-focused attitude.
  • Availability for the shifts you commit to working.
