Mobile Patrol Officer (Security Guard) — $22/hr | 20–40 hrs/week | Day/Swing/Night

Signal of Hawaii (Kahului, HI 96732) is growing, and we are hiring Mobile Patrol Officers who want steady hours, a strong team, and a purpose-driven role protecting our Maui community.

This is not “just a security job.” It is a role for professionals who lead with calm presence, strong awareness, and the Aloha spirit—firm on safety, respectful with people, and consistent every shift.

  • Pay: $22.00 per hour

  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

  • Hours: 20–40 hours per week

  • Shifts Available: Day, Swing, and Night (including weekends and holidays as needed)

What You Will Do (Mobile Patrol)

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you are the visible safety presence for our client. You will:

  • Conduct active vehicle and foot patrols to deter issues and protect property

  • Use digital reporting tools to submit real-time updates and clear incident reports

  • Maintain strong situational awareness and address concerns before they escalate

  • Provide professional, respectful customer service to clients and the public

Requirements

  • Valid Hawai‘i Guard Card required

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for mobile patrol)

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

  • A “protector at heart” mentality: vigilant, reliable, and kind

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
