Pay: Starts at $22 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week

What You’ll Do
As a Patrol Officer, you’ll be the visible presence of safety and professionalism throughout assigned client properties. Duties include:

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas
-
Monitor and secure all access points to prevent unauthorized entry
-
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a confident, approachable presence
-
Write accurate and detailed reports using company software or mobile applications
-
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors
-
De-escalate situations calmly, professionally, and respectfully
-
Maintain and care for company equipment, including radios, vehicles, and keys
-
Follow all post orders and site-specific procedures to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
-
Must be 18 years or older
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Hawaii State Guard Card required (must be active)

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

Must pass a background check and drug screening
-
Reliable transportation and a dependable device for communication
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Physically able to move or lift up to 20 lbs

Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
-
Previous experience as a Security Guard, Patrol Officer, or similar role
-
Knowledge of loss prevention and property protection procedures
-
Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
