Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent, professional presence at assigned posts
- Conduct routine patrols to support a safe, calm, and controlled environment
- Monitor activity and prepare accurate, detailed reports
- Respond appropriately to incidents following established procedures
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with employees, residents, and guests
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all post orders and company policies
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening if required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Ownership of a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security, customer service, military, or law enforcement is a plus but not required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, professional in communication and appearance
- Calm and steady under pressure
- Comfortable using smartphone technology for reporting and communication
