Travel Required: Frequent, up to 50-75%
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000, Salary exempt; based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.
As the Operations Field Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that contract requirements are communicated and understood by all internal departments and Franchisees that provide services to our clients. You will assist with contract requirements, handling feedback and ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. In general, you will be responsible for assessing a client’s needs and finding ways to meet them to maintain healthy relationships all while working alongside our Franchisees.
What You’ll Do in This Role.
Account Management 50%
- Oversee the overall operational performance of assigned accounts and provide training and support for Franchisees to ensure customer needs are consistently met
- Communicate contract launch plans and accountabilities among Franchisees and their staff to support onboarding of any new clients. Participate in training by presenting alongside field staff to successfully train officers and launch new clients
- Complete a weekly analysis of assigned accounts verifying account performance objectives are consistently achieved. Communicate the performance of your assigned accounts to leadership regularly
- Develop a travel schedule that prioritizes clients with immediate support needs and ensures all other clients receive routine scheduled site-level follow up
Relationship Development 30%
- Develop a proactive communication and follow up plan with all assigned account contacts. Assist with client requests and feedback and ensure all parties responsible are informed promptly
- Provide ongoing support and training to Franchisees and their teams as it relates to initiatives, technology, and processes essential to operational performance and delivery of client services
Training 20%
- Participate in training by presenting alongside field staff to successfully train officers and launch new clients

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be competent at an intermediate level in the following applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Multiple Calendars, webinar software, etc.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in related field (Security Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, Private Security)
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to learn new programs quickly (we have proprietary software that will be used daily)
Skills/Abilities:
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time, shifting priorities as necessary
- Fluency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to drive and operate Signal patrol vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to travel by air and car up to 50-75%% of the time
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
Physical Demands:
