Job Description
Signal Security is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily security operations and ensure seamless coordination between field staff, clients, and internal teams. This position follows a Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, providing consistent operational support during standard business hours.
The Operations Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, assisting with coordinate scheduling, operations support, reports, logistics, reporting, administrative support and operational follow-ups while upholding Signal Security’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and provide support to security teams across multiple sites
- Scheduling and shift coverage
- Daily operations support
- Reporting and documentation
- Communication with clients
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs during business hours
- Act as a liaison between field officers, supervisors, and management
- Track attendance, incident reports, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and documentation tracking
- Maintain accurate records and assist with internal reporting
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, coordination, or security services preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and office software
- High level of attention to detail and dependability
