Job Description

IT Specialist – B2B Client Relations (Part-time)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: W-9

Work Hours: TBD

Hourly Rate: $25-$45

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in B2B client relations. This role demands a deep understanding of our client's technical needs and the ability to communicate effectively with their IT teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating technical development plans, formulating and explaining PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and overseeing the development process to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and understand the technical needs and standards of B2B clients and their IT teams.
  2. Develop and articulate comprehensive technical development plans.
  3. Create detailed PRDs and communicate them effectively to in-house or outsourced development teams.
  4. Monitor the progress of development projects, addressing any queries or concerns from both clients and the development team.
  5. Evaluate the outcomes of development projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a project manager or project owner.
  • Ability to take on multiple responsibilities in an agile startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between clients and technical teams.
  • Experience in full-stack development is highly advantageous.
