Compensation
Regular Shift Rate: $17.00 per hour
The employee will be offered Branch Supervisor training to prepare them to cover for Branch Supervisors during vacations, approved leave, or other absences. Whenever the employee is assigned to perform Branch Supervisor duties, they will be compensated at $20.50 per hour for the time worked in that role.
Position Requirements
MUST have a VALID Driver's License.
This position is designed to provide operational support by covering employee call-outs during the employee's regularly scheduled shifts.
For example, while the employee may be scheduled to report on a Wednesday at 9:00 PM, if another employee calls out before or during that shift, the employee may be required to cover that assignment instead of their originally scheduled post. This may require working an extended shift, including remaining on duty until 6:00 AM, depending on operational needs.
By accepting this position, the employee acknowledges and understands that flexibility is an essential job requirement and agrees to cover call-outs and schedule changes that occur during their shift.
