Position Summary
An Overnight Officer at Signal of Nevada is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial sites by conducting foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure security and safety of property and residents. Officers deliver peace of mind to clients by maintaining vigilant attention to detail, adherence to site-specific post orders, and professional interaction with customers and team members. This role requires integrity, punctuality, and a strong customer service presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile and/or foot patrols using company vehicles in accordance with post orders and company values
- Write detailed, accurate reports through company technology and web/app-based software during each shift
- Consistently arrive on time, adhere to dress code and appearance standards, and follow all instructions
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with internal and external customers
- Communicate promptly with Advanced Patrol Officer or Branch Patrol Supervisor regarding any client or property concerns
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, including fueling, washing, cleaning interior, and vehicle inspection
- Care for assigned equipment such as radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and other devices
- Manage daily activities to meet key benchmarks for reporting standards and service quality
- De-escalate issues promptly and professionally through effective communication

Qualifications
Required:
- 21 years of age or older- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Nevada PILB Work Card
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to report to company vehicle location
- Ability to complete training modules within first month
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
- Commitment to professionalism and organization values
