Key Responsibilities

Verify and cross-check accounting data for accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve data inconsistencies in financial records.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized documentation of verified data and audit trails.
Utilize accounting software and databases to extract and analyze relevant information.
Identify potential errors or anomalies and communicate findings proactively.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards related to financial data management.
Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in data verification, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
