Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments while providing clear updates to customers.
Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
