Location: Ocala, FL | Compensation: Competitive Hourly (Non-Exempt) | Reports To: Branch Supervisor

As a Dedicated Officer in Ocala, you aren't just an employee; you are the face of safety. You'll be responsible for securing high-value environments, from professional office parks along SR-200 to peaceful residential communities and the unique properties that make this city one of a kind, ensuring that every gate is locked, every resident is safe, and every client has total peace of mind.

What You'll Do (The Impact)

The Watchman's Eye: You'll master the art of the patrol, securing access points and identifying risks before they become problems.

Digital Storytelling: Using our industry-leading app, you'll document your shift with precision, providing clients with a transparent window into the safety of their property.

The Calm in the Storm: You'll be the professional voice that de-escalates tension and provides helpful, friendly assistance to residents and visitors.

Operational Excellence: You'll manage elite equipment, from advanced comms to high-end vehicles, ensuring everything is ready for action.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are Licensed and Ready: You hold a valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).

You are a Local Expert: You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to navigate the Ocala area.

You are Vigilant: You have a high school diploma or GED and the mental sharpness to spot the details others miss.

You are a Communicator: You can write clearly and speak with confidence, representing our brand with every interaction.

You are Reliable: You're 18+ and can pass a background check and drug test, because our clients trust us with their most valuable assets.

You are Physically Capable: You're comfortable being on your feet and can move equipment up to 20 pounds when the job calls for it.

You are a Learner: You're excited to complete the Signal Performance Institute training to sharpen your skills before your first shift.
