Position Overview: Minkner Integrity Services LLC seeks a highly motivated and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client success, thrive on building connections, and are dedicated to helping small businesses flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within Minkner Integrity Services LLC.

  2. Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services, methodologies, and resources.

  3. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and aspirations, conducting regular needs assessments.

  4. Service Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that services align with client needs and expectations.

  5. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with clients to explore additional services and solutions.

  6. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.

  7. Client Training: Provide training and support to clients on utilizing our tools, resources, and recommendations effectively.

  8. Feedback Gathering: Gather client feedback and insights to drive improvements in our services and offerings.

  9. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance, satisfaction, and key metrics.

  10. Renewals and Retention: Ensure client contract renewals and proactively work to retain clients by demonstrating the value of our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, account management, or client success role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
  • Empathetic, client-centric approach to building relationships.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
