Signal of Ocala is looking for a dependable, motivated Armed Supervisor to take on a leadership role within our expanding team. If you're seeking a career—not just a job—where you can guide others, make an impact, and grow in the security industry, this is the opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Armed Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for our day-to-day operations. You’ll run the daily workflow, support officers in the field, and ensure each site is secure, professional, and operating smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules for both armed and unarmed officers

  • Providing hands-on training, field coaching, and mentorship

  • Stepping in for shift coverage when needed

  • Leading by example and supporting on-site teams

  • Responding to incidents and documenting reports through our mobile platform (88Edge)

  • Patrolling properties on foot or via company vehicle

  • Communicating clearly with clients and leadership

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Florida Class D and G Security Licenses (required)

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

  • Clear written communication skills using a mobile app

  • Reliable transportation
